Act 3 Consulting was born out of a passion that was nurtured in the early 1990’s. After graduating with an undergrad in business and an MBA focused on global marketing from Florida A&M University, I pursued a career in commercial lending.

I fell in love with helping companies and entrepreneurs re-engineer their businesses financially. In essence my role was to sell money, however, I realized I had a tremendous gift for quickly analyzing the anatomy of a business and becoming an integral part of their plans to grow faster.

Since then, I’ve mastered disciplines as an executive leader in HR, IT, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Startups, Cloud Solutions, and Sales. I have a unique skillset that can address every aspect of a business to unlock exponential growth.

Over time, I started helping startups and scaleups from an idea to Series A. My son and I launched a startup together, so I know firsthand the crazy pace it takes to convince others to believe in the business model and future outlook.
