Act 3 Consulting was born out of a passion that was nurtured in the early 1990’s. After graduating with an undergrad in business and an MBA focused on global marketing from Florida A&M University, I pursued a career in commercial lending.

I fell in love with helping companies and entrepreneurs re-engineer their businesses financially. In essence my role was to sell money, however, I realized I had a tremendous gift for quickly analyzing the anatomy of a business and becoming an integral part of their plans to grow faster.

Since then, I’ve mastered disciplines as an executive leader in HR, IT, Operations and Sales. I have a unique skillset that can address every aspect of a business to unlock exponential growth.
